We had an amazing Christmas getaway in the mountains. The lodge was cozy and clean, and the rooms had a charming, rustic feel. We loved the little balcony off our room where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to attractions like Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby in Manitou Springs.

Honestly, we couldn't find any negative aspects during our stay. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

Guests mentioned that it is right across the highway from the Pike's Peak Toll Road, allowing for easy access to this scenic drive. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable amenities, such as queen-sized beds, private entrances, and modern facilities like wireless internet and cable TV. Additionally, the lodge offers a delicious 3-course breakfast and the innkeepers are welcoming and attentive.

One reviewer mentioned that the website photos did not do justice to the actual views of the surrounding area.

    Incredible Colorado Escape

I couldn't have asked for a better getaway than my recent stay at a charming lodge nestled in the heart of Colorado. The location was perfect, with convenient access to attractions like Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, and Garden of the Gods. The cozy lodge had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the ideal place for a romantic retreat. The innkeepers, Debbie and Brian, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. From the comfortable and clean rooms to the delicious 3-course breakfast, they truly made me feel at home. And let's not forget the private hot tub - soaking in it while admiring the beautiful mountains was pure bliss. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of AC in some rooms and the small bathroom, these were overshadowed by the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Colorado.
